Can I return an item if I change my mind?

Yes, absolutely. We offer store credit if your item meets the following return conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn (if applicable), in sellable condition, with all labels intact, and in its original packaging.
  • The return request must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Returns must be submitted via your IZIMINI account using the same email as your order (no password needed).

How do I return an item?

If your return is approved:

  • You will need to purchase your own return shipping label and ensure the parcel is sent with a tracked service.

  • Pack your item securely to prevent damage during shipping.

  • Clearly write the return address on the package:

  • Send the parcel back via your chosen courier.

  • Email us at contact@izimini.com with the tracking details to confirm the return has been shipped.

We will process your return within three business days after receiving it, and your store credit will be issued accordingly.

Please note that we do not offer refunds for change of mind or similar reasons that are not covered under Singapore consumer protection laws.

Can I cancel my order before it is shipped?

Since we process orders quickly, we are unable to cancel them once placed. However, you are welcome to return your order for store credit once received, following the return process above.

Can I get a refund?

We offer refunds, exchanges, or store credit only if a product is faulty, defective, or does not meet Singapore consumer protection requirements. In these cases, we will cover the return shipping cost.

Refunds are not available for:

  • Shipping delays caused by couriers
  • Change of mind, incorrect sizing, or if the item does not look as expected (unless faulty)

What if I return an item without approval?

To avoid any issues, please follow the return process above.

If we receive a non-approved return, we will reach out to you to discuss the best way to proceed.

  • Items returned without original packaging and labels, or returned due to an incorrect address or failure to collect the parcel, will incur a S$30 fee to cover restocking and reshipping costs.
