All orders placed before noon (AEST) are being dispatched the same business day. Orders placed after noon (AEST) are dispatched the following business day.

For Hong Kong, we have 4 shipping options:
- HKD120 flat rate international standard shipping for orders up to HKD750
- Free international standard shipping for orders HKD750 and over
- HKD170 flat rate express shipping for orders up to HKD750
- HKD100 flat rate express shipping for orders HKD750 and over
What about pre-orders?
We will ship pre-ordered items it as soon as they are back in stock. If you order items that are in stock at the same time, we will hold those items and ship your entire order once your pre-order item(s) come into stock.
