All orders placed before noon (AEST) are being dispatched the same business day. Orders placed after noon (AEST) are dispatched the following business day.

For New Zealand, we have 4 shipping options:
- $15 flat rate international standard shipping for orders up to NZ$110
- Free international standard shipping for orders NZ$110 and over
- $25 flat rate express shipping for orders up to NZ$110
- $15 flat rate express shipping for orders NZ$110 and over
What about pre-orders?
We will ship pre-ordered items it as soon as they are back in stock. If you order items that are in stock at the same time, we will hold those items and ship your entire order once your pre-order item(s) come into stock.
